A Baby Physio Group

A weekly group for Mums and babies aged 0 - 6 months of age.

The group focuses on providing practical and educational sessions run by our Senior Physiotherapists. Each week will include a different topic, including recommendations and hands on practice with your baby.

This group will leave you with increased knowledge and confidence, helping you to feel both empowered and relaxed about your new baby’s development
