Group Reformer Pilates for Children
Our Group Reformer Pilates classes are designed for children of all abilities. These sessions are fun, supportive and focused on helping kids move better, feel stronger and grow in confidence.
Pilates is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise that helps children build core strength, balance, flexibility and body awareness. Using special reformer equipment, children are supported while they move, making exercises safer, more controlled and easier to adapt for different abilities.
How Reformer Pilates can help your child:
Pilates can support children to:
Improve posture and core strength
Build balance and coordination
Increase flexibility and movement
Develop better body awareness and control
Feel more confident in their movement
Enjoy exercise in a positive, non-competitive environment
Pilates is highly adaptable
Which means exercises can be changed to suit each child’s needs and abilities. This allows children with physical or developmental challenges to participate safely, successfully and with confidence.
The focus is on what each child can do, while gently helping them grow stronger and more independent in their movement..
Why Group Classes?
Group sessions encourage:
Social interaction and teamwork
Motivation through shared experiences
Confidence in trying new movements
A fun and encouraging environment
